Currently, I am progressing towards becoming a BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist (2024/2025).

How I Work

I work intuitively and decisively with each client, encouraging open, active conversation and am supportive and empathetic yet challenging when needed. By creating a safe, confidential space I enable my clients to reflect, gain perspective and focus on what's really going on in their lives. This allows them to act from a place of integrity developing constructive values-aligned goals and plans for sustainable change and growth.
